Obama's birth certificate
Only in America: Today the Supreme Court will hear evidence to decide if there is enough merit to consider anti-Obama bloggers' claim that President-elect Barack Obama is not eligible to take office because he is not a natural-born citizen.
Obama was born in Hawaii and has an authenticated birth ceritificate to prove it, but the bloggers insist that the certificate is fake and that Obama actually was born in Kenya.
This is beyond nonsense.
Reporters at FactCheck.org, who have not always been particularly kind to Obama, investigated the issue:
FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as "supporting documents" to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.
And Hawaii state health director Chiyome Fukino verified the authenticity of the certificate:
[I have] personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Senator Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."
There also was a birth announcement posted in the Honolulu Advertiser on Sunday, August 13, 1961 stating that Barack Obama was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu. These announcements came directly from the Vital Statistics Office as reported by local hospitals, according to the researchers.
We'd hate to confuse the anti-Obama lunatics with facts, but we certainly hope the high court listens to nothing BUT the facts.

The above image is of a "Certification" of Live Birth. This is not the same as a "Certificate" of Live Birth. Go to the State of Hawaii website and do your homework. You will learn that these two types of documents are not one and the same.

Forensic experts with only the image provided, have been able to prove the document to be an absolute forgery, also the technical staff of the Hawaiian Office of Vital Records that manage the printing equipment used to print all HI birth certs have stated the above posted Certificate of Live Birth (which it states at the top, and is NOT the same as a Birth Certificate) could not have been printed by their equipment. The font is wrong, the info is sketchy, do you all have that much of a red stain on your tongues from the kool aid? Quit acting like cattle or you'll end up in the meatpacking plant.

The Supreme Court is not scheduled to decide Obama’s Citizenship, but his eligibility to hold the office of the President of the US.
The US Constitution states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”. Obama is not qualified to hold the office of the President of the US because he is NOT a natural born Citizen according to the Constitution. Whether he was born in Hawaii or not, his biological father was from Kenya, giving Obama dual citizenship (and loyalties) at birth, which, according to the framers of the Constitution, who didn't even consider themselves "natural born Citizens" (being born on US soil by two parents who were Both born on US soil). Obama is no doubt a US Citizen, even a born Citizen, but NOT a natural born Citizen, according to the US Constitution.
It is the Supreme Court's job to uphold the Laws of the US Constitution. No one can deny that Obama's father was not born on US soil and no one can deny that Obama is not 200+ years old (born at the time of the adoption of the Constitution). These facts alone disqualify Obama to hold the office of the President of the United States of America.
According to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:
"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."
The Supreme Court is obligated, by sworn oath, to administer justice without respect to persons; and the framers of the Constitution were very clear regarding who is eligible to hold the highest office in the US. This cannot be taken lightly or ignored. If we ignore this, why follow any Constitutional Law? Think of the butterfly effect – disregard this law and eventually the whole Constitution will be ignored and anything goes in America. There is no compromising just to keep the masses happy.
If we do not abide by Constitutional Law, then how is our country, which has always been based on upholding, protecting and defending the Constitution at all cost, ever to survive?

Why is an enetertainment (or "Celebrity") reporter responsible for this story? I think this indicates part of the problem.
The *certificate* vs *certification* argument is completely invalid. Per FactCheck.com: The document is a "certification of birth," also known as a short-form birth certificate. The long form is drawn up by the hospital and includes additional information such as birth weight and parents' hometowns. The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department.
Slimebama should not have one thing to do with the laws of this land and the lives of the unborn if he can't even provide his own birth certificate, the height of hypocrisy.
I'm not sure why anyone is surprised that people want to believe Obama wasn't born in the US. Heck, over 25% think the government had a hand in 9/11. There are a lot of ignorant people who are willing to believe conspiracy theories.

The State of Hawaii has said they would not accept a Certificate fo Live Birth such as Obama proffered as a "birth certificate."
So how does that transpose to Obama's COLB being proof of a Hawaiian birth when in 1961 Hawaii issued COLB's to foreign born persons?
Hawaii says it has Obama's birth certificate on file. Why doesn't Barack authorize Hawaii to release his birth certificate?
Why does Barack allegedly have three law FIRMS working to conceal his birth certificate?

Did birth certificates in Hawaii in 1961 all reference the race of those similar to Obama's father as "African"? I didn't know "African" was a race. I thought his race back then was called "Negro."

The birth certificate issue is secondary to me. Those of you who keep talking about the birth certificate are chasind a butterfly and ignoring the 300 pound Gorilla in the room. DONOFRIO V. WELLS is NOT about whether or not Obama is a citizen, but quite simply if the fact that he was born a Dual Citizen excludes him for being POTUS. Did our Founding Fathers intend with the langauge "natural born citizen" to include someone with dual citizenship at birth? Or is "natural born citizen" meant to mean exclusivly a US citizen? I think it is a question that needs addressed. Also in DONOFRIO V. WELLS is the question of John McCains natural born status, as well as how Calero was able to get his name on the Ballot. Calero was NOT born in the USA, and both his parents are NOT US citizens in ANY form. This issue of POTUS qualification/eligibility needs addressed!

The issue, Liz, is not the moon landing but eligibility for the Office of President of the United States and the responsibility for anyone who states publicly they are a "reporter" or "columnist" to report fairly and accurately. The mainstream media played a large role in the recent snow job performed on the American public in getting Mr. Obama elected. They failed to take responsibility for what they reported and became caught up in the glamour of the moment. Step back, realize what you have collectively done, and do what you can to regain your dignity and sense of self-worth. Natural Born Citizen needs to be clearly defined in law, as anyone who was born on US soil (or territory) to US Citizens of any type, and one who has held no allegiance to any foreign nation, ever. The founders put this terminology in there already, to eliminate the potential for foreign influence in the office of POTUS. We've already seen evidence that Obama has held allegiance to another nation, why do you think he failed to salute the flag at that rally when all other candidates did? Because he didn't grow up reciting the pledge of allegiance in school daily, as most of the voting population did. Why? Because he grew up in Indonesia. Regardless of anything else, POTUS should be required to pass a federal job background check just like any military recruit or federal job applicant before they could ever be listed on any state's ballot. All candidates should submit applications at least 1 year prior to the general election to allow time for proper FBI- level background checks to be performed, as they take a while. And again, no state should be allowed to place anyone on the ballot that has not passed the background check. I would say the Federal Election Committee should be responsible for this, but it's already obvious as they submitted their response to Berg's Writ in the Supreme Court as a group response along with the DNC and Obama. So there is obviously some collusion going on there. Also, their existing application allows an applicant seeking POTUS to list his desired office as "presidential" (yes he wrote that).
This should be passed regardless of the outcome of this POTUS race.
