Can't afford to buy Joaquin Phoenix's Hollywood Hills $3.975 million home?
For just $16,000 a month, you can lease it.
Joaquin Phoenix wasn't kidding when he said he is outta Hollywood. He is literally packing up and moving out, according to TMZ. His 4-bedroom, 5-bath, 3,200-square-foot home in the West Hollywood Hills is on the market for $3.975 million.
But when we followed TMZ's link to the property on Realtor.com, we saw that this house has been on the market for almost five months.
The two-story pad is on its own private knoll in the West Hollywood Hills near the Sunset Strip, with amazing views of the city, according to Hilton & Hyland, a real estate web site that lists the home for sale or $16K monthly lease:
Completely redone, this house features a step down living room with fireplace leading to the outside pool and spa area with cascading gardens. Large formal dining room, great den with bar, and gorgeous master with fireplace and steam shower. The gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances are only some of the many features of this romantic chateau.
We're not sure what the real deal is on this place, but you can check out more photos at TMZ.

I guess the famously vegan Joaquin shot that zebra so he could use its skin as a rug, then? haha
