Heidi Montag tossed her hair, bared her midriff and thrust her hips as she sang at the Miss Universe pageant Sunday night, but her "Body Language" shouted, "I'll never be Britney Spears no matter how hard I try."
In fairness, she was upstaged on TV by big-screen shots of the hot contestants modeling bikinis. But that just made her lack of star power even more painfully obvious. Could you imagine that happening to Britney? Somebody would be fired before the next commercial.
The whole thing brought us back to a scene in "Working Girl," in which Staten Island office girl Joan Cusack tells her ambitious bestie Melanie Griffith:
Sometimes I sing and dance around the house in my underwear. Doesn't make me Madonna. Never will."

Horrible. I mean just watch the opening again...SERIOUSLY? She looks like she's too busy 8-counting in her head. She can't dance OR sing. Bless her heart.

WOW! She is horrible! She cant dance, she has no stage presence, and she is a terrible lip singer (I mean if your gonna lip sing at least do it well). All together I would say that was one of the worst performances ive ever seen.
Her and Spencer are rediculous! She is not talented at all, and this performance just goes to prove it even more. If you want to see other videos where she thinks she's "singing", look up her video "Higher", absolutely hilarious!
Scary!#(*&$@!()#! She should be embarrassed, Spencer should be embarrassed, the pageant should be embarrassed, the backup dancers should be embarrassed - everybody involved should be embarrassed! I hope I never have to witness anything like that again!

The song was pretty good I guess? But her dancing wasn't good at all she simply isn't a performer and I really think she should stop trying to be the sexiest girl in the world (playboy) c'mon she is Christian and a role model for so many young girls.

You Just Need To Work With Better Song Writers, That's It.
And Maybe-- Quite Possibly...You And Mr. Spencer Pratt, Could Be A Lot Nicer When You're Behind The Mic Or In Front Of The Cameras. Just Remember, America Has Such A Short Attention Span, That They'll Soon Forget Your Previous PR History. (lol)
And Kids These Days, Will Buy Anything Or At Least Download It...Being A Recording Artist Is Not All It's Cracked-Up To Be, Anymore. These Type Of Careers Are No Longer Financially Lucrative, But, If It's Fame That You're Ultimately Seeking, Keep Striving To Always Be Better Than Your Last: Work / Performance / Appearance -- Etc.
And Do Something Useful With Both Of You're Careers And Really Make A Difference By, Being Charitable, Giving Back To The Community, I'm Not Talking About Money, No. -- I'm Talking About 'Good' PR -- Many Aspiring Entertainers Of All Sorts, Would Kill To
