Foes of conservative Christian Carrie Prejean saved by her XXX sex tape

Would the Bible frown on Carrie Prejean's XXX sex tape? (Getty Imanges)

Before conservative Christian Carrie Prejean sued the Miss USA pageant for religious discrimination, she should have read her Bible. The pageant's cross-complaint exhorted:

Had [Carrie] heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle ..."

In other words, her XXX sex tape did her in.

TMZ reports that Prejean sued the pageant for more than a million dollars, claiming they dethroned her because of her religious beliefs (she famously said she was against gay marriage during the Miss USA pageant). The pageant said it snatched her crown because she failed to carry out her duties--or as Donald Trump calls it, she treated everybody like sh**.

But Prejean's hopes to make some big dough were dashed when the pageant's lawyer showed Carrie a copy of her sex tape, which has not been released publicly. TMZ says it has had a copy of the tape for some time but did not post it because it was too racy even for their site.

So when the lawyer played his ace, Carrie folded. In TMZ's words, "it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing."

A bit of hindsight for Miss Prejean, as offered in I Timothy 6:10:

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Just curious here... was it a tape of her having sex with a bf or husband or something? I wish they gave more info in the story because if she's in a committed relationship or married it's not much of a sin to tape you and your sig/other having sex. I mean, was it stolen or something? Did she know she was being taped or was it some douche with a hidden cam?

According to various websites who have seen the tape it shows her masturbating alone.

I guess JR @ 7:25PM has a USB connection to God or something. And apparently god says making pornography is just a little bit sinful now.

    Bill:

Right. Christians are all deviants. That makes a lot of sense. All the Christians I know are absolutely horrible people. Christian principles just turn you into a demon. Forgiveness and mercy? I can believe they teach such rubbish. I really wish there were more enlightened people like you out there.

All Christians? No. But the preachy, self-righteous, holier-than-thou hypocrites? Yeah, they usually are deviants.
