I don’t check the Federal courts website to see who’s suing who, I just check TMZ.com. We told you yesterday about Vanessa Hudgens lawsuit over nude pix, Well, Harvey Levin and company and provided the low down on several celebrity law suits for the holiday season—Kim Kardashian, Joe Francis, Nicholas Cage and the Dodgers Chan Ho Park are all sending or receiving court documents in their stockings. The Courtney Love-Frances Cobain situation is getting uglier. Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon are splitting for the holidays, but as they are not married, hopefully they will do everything amicably without going to court.

There is now allegations of domestic violence against Courtney Love against her daughter. The temporary restraining order doesn’t permit Courtney to come close to Frances.

On an allegedly lighter note, well perhaps not Kim Kardashian—according to TMZ-- has fired off a cease and desist letter to Dr. Sanford Siegal – who has something called "Cookie Diet." She’s demanding the Cookie Doc take down a link on his company's web page suggesting her use of the product. Ms. Kardashian once had a weight problem but that seems to be ummm….behind her. It is unknown exactly what cookies Ms. Kardashian is using.

Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild is suing the IRS for doing a lap dance on his thirty-three million dollars of assets after being released from jail.

Speaking of the IRS and someone who is Wild at Heart, Red Curb Investments is suing Nicolas Cage. TMZ.com states that Nic committed fraud and wants an additional $15 million. The fraud, according to the suit, is that Nic never disclosed he was deeply in debt to the National Treasure-y – ie the IRS and needed the money to pay back taxes.

A couple is suing Gene Simmons of KISS for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress after an alleged altercation at the mall. Gene wasn’t wearing make-up at the time, and no tongue has been alleged.

Dodgers Pitcher Chan Ho Park is suing his catcher Chad Kreuter over bad loan for a remaining 170,000 dollars.

I can just imagine Santa sitting on the bench, deciding who’s liable and who’s not.
