Contempt is coming to a courtroom near you...

We will never see the John Edwards sex tape or the Charlie Sheen fight tape. The former because of a court order, the latter because it does not exist.

In North Carolina -- Andrew Young and his wife, Cheri were held in contempt of court for not turning over a sex tape allegedly featuring Edwards and possibly showing his mistress, Rielle Hunter. Some outlets have suggested that it is not Rielle on the tape, but it would seem unlikely a woman would request a tape of her man with someone else. They have to Wednesday to turn over the tape. If the tape leaks out, they could go to jail.

There is not tape of Charlie Sheen, so there might be no case. TMZ.com reports that Brooke Mueller wants to drop the case. Charlie would plead to a petty misdemeanor, but if it remains a felony, it might go to trial…with a reluctant witness.  Will the court hold Mueller in contempt for not testifying?
