Miranda Cosgrove, the 16 year old star of iCarly, has signed on for another season of the popular Nickelodeon show. The young actress is pumped to get back on the set saying, "We start filming again in 2 months! Can't wait!!!" It's no wonder, according to Reuters, Cosgrove just signed a new contract with the network worth somewhere in the low-to-mid seven figures.
Not that Miranda isn't worth every penny of it - she is, after all, the star of the network's most popular live-action series. Her popularity and talent have earned her and the show a pair of 2010 Kids Choice Award nominations.
Before she heads back to the set, to start shooting another 26 episode of iCarly, Miranda's keeping busy with another big project: the release of her upcoming album About You Now.

Wednesday, Cosgrove rehearsed with her band for the first time and it looks like things are off to a great start. "Had a great time with the band today!" she tells fans. Her new single "Kissin U" hits iTunes March 23. Miranda Cosgrove's debut studio album goes on sale in April.
