Sandra Bullock's divorce from Jesse James is now FINAL. Sandra and Jesse are no longer a married couple.
It has been confirmed by Jesse James' lawyer that Jesse will be permanently relocating to Austin, Texas so that his children can continue their relationship with Sandra Bullock. Jesse consulted with Sandra' Bullock about the move beforehand, to make sure it was okay with her.

UPDATE: Though there are reports that Sandra Bullock is leaning towards giving Jesse James a second chance, she's having difficulty mentally and emotionally getting past Jesse's betrayal.

UPDATE: Jesse's ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder (Sunny's mother) is spreading the rumor that Jesse James has another mistress lined up in Texas, just in case sandra Bullock doesn't take him back. (Jesse and Janine are currently in a court battle over custody of Sunny.)
