Entertainmentwise has sniffed out the final details of the Tiger Woods – Elin Nordegren Divorce.
Here’s the inside scoop on the custody agreement, Elin’s settlement, division of Tiger and Elin’s marital assets, with details from Fox News on everything else you wanted to know.
All paperwork has been signed, and Elin Nordegren will be filing for divorce at the Orlando County Court, which she expects to do within the next 7 days.
Financial Arrangements and Division of Marital Assets
Elin Nordegren will receive $750 million - the largest financial settlement ever in a celebrity divorce.
Elin is receiving twice the amount of money she originally sought in the divorce settlement because the total amount of Tiger Woods’ assets far exceeded the $1 billion Elin originally thought her soon-to-be-divorced husband was worth.
Tiger did not have to relinquish his prized possession, the $80 million Jupiter Island ocean front estate.
Elin will not be able to permanently relocate to her native Sweden, but she gets to keep their main home in Windermere, Florida, and another nearby home, an apartment in Stockholm, Sweden, and the residence currently being renovated on a secluded island she recently bought.
Custody Arrangements
Elin Nordegren will be granted sole physical custody of the couple’s two children, 3-year-old daughter, Sam and 1 ½ year old Charlie, which means that the children will live with her.
Tiger Woods will have joint legal custody, which will allow him to have a say in any decisions that may affect the children’s future. The anonymous friend disclosed that despite everything, Elin admits that Tiger loves his children , and has been a decent father to them.
Tiger will be able to see the children for up to half of each week. However, the friend who leaked this information to Entertainmentwise stated that Elin feels confident Tiger won’t pursue seeing the children that often because of his work and lifestyle
The custody agreement can be re-negotiated by Tiger Woods in 5 years.
Lifetime Confidentiality Clause
Elin has finally agreed to Tiger’s lifetime confidentiality clause. This means that Elin is prohibited from doing interviews, TV appearances, and writing tell-all book for the rest of her life – even if Tiger dies first.
If Elin violates the terms of the lifetime confidentiality agreement in any way, by publicly discussing their marriage, their divorce, or Tiger’s affairs, she will forfeit everything she has gained.
Other Stipulations – No Women Around the Kids
Tiger Woods will not be able to expose the children to his female companions.
Only married women, not romantically linked to Tiger Woods, will be allowed around the children, in addition to female members of Tiger’s staff ,personally known to Elin.

How does a confidentiality clause work for Elin? I assume its a go forward event & that anything she has already told someone else (think sister or close friend) before she signed the clause can be used/disclosed by someone other that Elin.
It is very wise of Elin to demand that Tiger never expose their children to any future female companions ''unless he is married to said person.'' I commend Elin for being a caring and loving mother and for having her priorities right. Her children need her most and depend on her for their protection, safety and wellbeing. Elin is the parent that has been there for these children all along since Tiger has been basically an absentee father. There seems to be very little evidence of Tiger’s involvement with the children’s day to day activities when he was home. Even when he was home, Tiger appears to spend a lot of his free time going to bars with his friends to pick up bimbos for sex. Soooo, let’s see how would Tiger do, this time, as a father! Too bad that Elin is not requiring Tiger to go to parenting classes! If Tiger fails to comply with this demand, or to care for the children’s wellbeing, Elin can always go back to Court and keep the children away from him!
Carmen, you really need to read some of the websites that report what Elin has to say about Tiger. She is quoted as saying that Tiger is a loving and caring father and he loves his children. But then since you seem to have the inside scoop on what goes on with the two of them, perhaps Elin is wrong.
You need to get your facts. Tiger's net worth is nowhere near one billion dollars. A year and a half ago it was but has since dropped to closer to the 400 to 500 million dollar range. She wont get anything close to 750 million dollars. 200 million dolloars is much more realistic.
Poor Elin! Well no longer, she has all that money and she doesn't have to try to hold onto Tiger Woods anymore. Hopefully, she can get on with her life and find someone else and leave Tiger Woods to continue whoring. There is some rumor that Elin was dating some other Black guy who dumped her they said. The most recent rumor is that she is dating Rachel Uchitels old boyfriend and that the boyfriend was dating Elin Nordegren to get back at his Rachel Uchitel for leaving him. IF true, and Elin is dating this dude, thats just downright Pitiful!
