Donny Osmond’s win on Dancing with the Stars could shine light on Las Vegas tourism: Will Las Vegas residents vote for him?

Donny Osmond is truly talented. At 51, he is competing in the ever popular ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) beating performers half is age.

While Donny’s DWTS competitors had the opportunity to focus solely on their dance routines Donny is spending his time traveling between three states as he spends time with family who resides in Utah, DWTS rehearsals and filming in LA, and continuing to perform in The Donny and Marie Show at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. He is the only performer who continued to work while filming the hit ABC reality show.

Donny is doing his part for Vegas. The Donny and Marie Show at the Flamingo Hotel is sold out every night. Now he is a finalist, competing against Mya and Kelly Osbourne but will Las Vegas residents vote for Donny?

When DWTS first aired ABC had to practically beg stars to appear on the show but with the show’s popularity the DWTS winner is awarded so much exposure that roles have reversed and stars are now approaching them for the opportunity to compete. Donny’s win could shine light on Las Vegas tourism.

The Dancing with the Stars final dance competition will air tonight on ABC at 8pm.  Voting takes place during the show.
