Though reports circulated on Sunday that Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon ended their relationship, Witherspoon's rep denied the break-up, telling Usmagazine.com, "It's not true. They have not split."
Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal met in 2007 while filming Rendition and confirmed their relationship last summer.
"He's fabulous. He really is a fantastic guy," Witherspoon told the April 2009 issue of Elle.
The actress divorced actor Ryan Phillippe in 2007 after eight years together. They have two children: Ava, 10, and Deacon, 6. Gyllenhaal and actress Kirsten Dunst dated for two years before splitting in 2004.
