Ryan Seacrest seems to always get his way with celebs, especially when he's trying to get the truth. But this time around, Seacrest didn't have any luck when he interviewed Robert Pattinson on his KIIS FM radio show, during the Los Angeles premiere of New Moon.
Seacrest who interviewed Pattinson, talked about confidence and high expectations, and also asked the big question: "What do you say to your fans that are desperate to know about you and your co-star Kristen Stewart?"
What did Rob have to say about that most wondered question? Nothing really. Before Seacrest could get an answer, Rob's publicist pulled him out of the live interview.
A shock Seacrest who was shot down from the question, persisted to know, but all Rob could say before he walked out was, "Watch New Moon it's amazing!"
Only time will tell!

It's stupid. Why can't he talk about Kristen? So what if they're dating? So what if they're not? It doesn't matter. Studio people - lighten up. LIGHTEN UP. This is not a discussion of the end of the world - this is just about 2 leading stars in a movie. I think it's all pretentious and Rob's studio people and manager should just breathe in, relax and let it go. I think Rob was more nervous about his manager and the studio rep being there than he was about the question.
That was so mean for both men and i wish people will leave Rob alone i mean god!

R u kidding me I've seen alot of interviews in the past 3 days, and I am shocked that Robert has this publicist I think the publicistfunsucker just made history.
I think it's fair game. If Ryan takes liberties in ignoring the rules (i.e. don't ask these questions), studio henchmen (this time henchwoman) can take the liberty to cut the interview too. It is not like Ryan Seacrest is paying for the the interview. It was an interview GRANTED to Ryan Seacrest. Look, movie stars has contractual obligations and Robert Pattinson is NOT exempt to those. He has no choice. He was legally binded by it. The Studio is promoting the Jacob-Bella love story in New Moon. Even on the red carpet, Pattinson and Stewart were NOT even photographed together. So go figure. We are not in their shoes, so we should not be too quick to judge these "media green" stars.
I understand this guy. He was literally unknown, then he was thrown into millions of limelights (not just into a limelight) and he was expected to behave in so many ways and to say to many things and to please so many people! HE WAS FED to the wolves so to speak. And I feel for him, because people are just generally fickle. I can't blame that he refuse/resist with all his might to change. At least, if the lights all around him start burning off, he can be proud of himself for not succumbing to media hype and people's expectations. He remained true to himself. I admire him for not selling out too. He could have recorded an album and take advantage of enormous sale at the height of teenage frenzy, but he did not. They guy has character, and damn good one.
I just hope he and his career does not end after Twilight.
Did you listen to what Rob said before he got pulled out? He talked about all of the fans and how he didn't want to overlook someone---he talked about the little things he can do to make someone happy. THIS IS WHY HE IS SO BELOVED!!!
