Was there a chapter in their How to Be Famous book that detailed Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's venture into public plastic surgery?
"It's my body and I need to feel comfortable as a woman, as a person" Heidi said in her pre-op video on People.com.
Adding, "It's the kind of lifestyle we live and people are going to say nasty or [judgmental] things, regardless of what I do," Heidi said.
She also suggested the scrutiny endured over her 10 plastic surgery operations would come no matter what she said - Even "painting my toe nails pink" described the star.
While the 23-year-old Hills star admits her multiple plastic surgery project is "controversial" she feels the most important thing is that she feels good.
Montag, who is said to have had anything done from BOTOX to a DDD breast augmentation, parted ways with the camera before going under the knife by saying her new last name of Mrs. Pratt would match her new face. Check out the video below...
