Taylor Lautner's Rolling Stone interview, discusses competition between Edward and Jacob for Bella
Taylor Lautner's Rolling Stone Q & A session reveals a slightly different side of him then fans are accustomed to seeing. During the Q & A Lautner discussed the love triangle that happens between Bella, Edward and Jacob.
The Rolling Stone interviewer asked him about Jacob being the barrier that comes between Edward and Bella.
Lautner said "I can see where you're coming from. The thing is, Jacob and Edward are two completely different guys. They are opposites. And it's just what kind of girl you are. If you like that more mysterious, dangerous type, then that's one guy. I personally love Jacob and Bella's relationship, and how they began as friends. They are so much more open, and can tell each other anything. And Bella and Edward's relationship, it's always tense. It's always serious. But Jacob and Bella's friendship starts growing stronger and stronger and you just wonder if they can go past friends. It looks like that at some points."
During the Q & A, the interviewer went a total different route in asking Lautner questions. Judging by the comments left on the Q & A article, Team Jake fans are not pleased with the way the question were formatted. Some readers are even accusing the interviewer, Neil Strauss, of being on Team Edward. Scandalous.

I think the teamJacob thing is ridiculous and the fact that Taylor perpetuates it is even sadder, its as if he never read the Twilight saga books. Wake up! Bella never stops loving Edward and she could never be with Jacob for that reason alone but if you must have another one why would Bella wanna even think about Jacob other than a friend when Jacob INPRINTS HER CHILD!! Like I said read the books!!
Taylor Lautner is a short boy with a fat nose that takes up most of his face! Vanity Fair got "da man" on their cover... he's tall, talented and beautiful.
