Miss me yet billboard features George Bush

A George Bush "Miss me yet" billboard has mysteriously turned up along highway I-35 near Wyoming, Minnesota.

Bob Collins of Minnesota Public Radio says that the billboard is real, not Photoshopped. Collins has been trying to track down who paid for the Bush miss me yet billboard.

This morning on the MPR website, Collins has been posting updates of the various people he has contacted regarding the mysterious billboard. So far, no one has admitted to being behind the billboard.

Collins made an interesting observation on his blog. He said the whole story is truly trivial, yet it grabbed the attention of national media.

Does Sarah Palin know who paid for the Bush billboard?

Perhaps, Sarah Palin holds the secret of the Bush billboard. Has anyone checked her hand for any notes written on it?

We are only kidding about Palin. She had far more important notes written on her hand during her National Tea Party Convention speech.

It would have been priceless if her hand had read: Pay for billboard.

Tell us what you think
Do you find the "Miss me yet" billboard humorous?
Do we really miss George W. Bush?

Yes. I really miss good ol' G.W. He's a real American. Not perfect, just real. His policies kept us safe for eight years. Unfortunately, too many of us believe "If we could just get Socialism right, life would be perfect." Socialism and its more virulent spawn, Communism, are two grand concepts with but a single minor flaw: They DON'T WORK! Never did. Never can. Never will.

GW Bush was not a great President unless you compare him to Obama. I have heard that the billboard was paid for by some MN businessmen. As a former Minnesotan I now have hope that the residents of Minnesota and the USA will finally wake up to Obama's anti-business agenda. He has no business experience and has no idea of how to improve the economy.

GW and Sarah Palin and their Nationalist party do not scare me. They are "f-ing retarded" and will most likely be seen as that for as long as they pull away from any real progress.

No, we do not miss George W. Bush. Whoever paid for the billboard has gotten a ton of publicity without spending much money. Notice the billboard is in Wyoming, Minn not a major city. The area is already a red area. Big deal. They probably do miss him.
Whoever paid for the damn billboard should step up and admit it.

I personally think good ole GW paid for it.

I miss President Bush. He is a warm person and has a sense of humor. He looks at people and talks TO them, where, even without the teleprompters, Obama stands with his nose in the air and talks AT people.
President Bush has morals and ethics. I don't agree with all of his decisions; we will never all agree on everything, but I believe his heart was in the right place. He truely loves America and what we stand for. He has a deep appreciation and respect for our military. He was not afraid to stand up for what he believed to be right and when he said he was going to do something, he stuck by his word.
The real shame of his administration was that he had the 'Bush Bashing' liberal press and their liberal sheep after him with a microscope to find something a reason to run him down. For two years, there was a liberal majority in the house/senate that he had to contend with. If you want to place blame -- that's a good place to start.
And Laura Bush? What a WONDERFUL First Lady!

I definately miss Bush and would vote for Palin anyday. She writes things on her hand big deal. He Obama reads a tele-promter. I worte my wedding vows on my hands to remember them. There is nothing wrong with that. How many of us when we went to college wrote notes on hands for memory.?
Obama has gotten us in debt deeper than we were. His health care is not getting passed. What has he done for his country.?As for the Bush sign in my area . I know who paid for the small business owners we are all loosing our business's since Obama got in.

I certainly do miss G.W. Remember, he had to deal with a liberal
house and senate since 2006....therefore, the massive spending.
I wish I knew where to send a donation to keep the sign up in
Minn. and would donate to have some signs put up in other states.
As far as the ones who like him being dumb and illiterate, we can
at least spell something besides the "F" word.

First of all there is NO proof Obama is from the Middle East. He's part black so you think that's an excuse to say things like that. SECOND Bush was friends and close close with the Bin Laden family and that doesn't seem to be a problem to you? Also, Obama has all the right ideas... I don't know how the hell you could think he's doing a bad job, he's trying to get socialized medicine and guess what that means... FREE Healthcare.. Now tell me where the problem is with that
