Miss Mischa Barton is getting evicted after skipping out on her rent for three months and the money troubles are taking thier toll on the former O.C. actress.

According to reports from the set of Law and Order: SVU, Mischa Barton's guest appearance role turned into more of a permanent typo-cast when Barton stumbled over her lines, forgot parts of her role play as a prostitute and forgot when to open her mouth.

Mariska Hargitay (aka "Detective Benson on the show) kept nudging Barton when her lines came up, turning one scene into a 10-hour payroll for NBC.

"She only had seven lines, seven!" reports online tab RadarOnline.com quoted a source as saying. Adding, "Each time she would mess up she would forget her lines and [Hargitay] kept prompting her and saying 'It's your line Mischa'."

What took even longer was Mischa's heart felt apologies, ensuring to say "sorry" each time she fuddled through the script. Perhaps Mischa has money on the mind?

The actress, who went through a stumbling breakdown this past summer, was able to chock up her misfortune and bad luck to a bad dental job. The 23-year-old actress said she suffered from a botched dental sugery, leaving her depressed and in debilitating pain. So much, in fact, that her commitment to her role on The Beautiful Life (produced by Ashton Kutcher) was said to be disrupted, resulting in the show's cancellation on the CW.

Since then, job opps have been scarce for Mischa but publicly the star seems unfazed and carelessly maneuvering her way through interviews. "Now that I’m not doing the TV show [The Beautiful Life], I’ve got lots of time to work out,” she told Entertainment Daily about The Beautiful Life's demise. And on the heels of publicized weight gain, she's bragged about being "normal" - Sometimes eating and sometimes "pigging out".

When she remained still jobless months later, Mischa told People magazine she was doing just fine holding out for that "perfect" role. "It’s too early to tell yet," she told People on her next move and next role.

"I’m passing on all the (early) offers, because that’s not the stuff you want to do. I want to go fight for interesting things and look for something that’s going to be interesting for me… as a role." Adding,

"(I’m) reading scripts and enjoying living in New York."

But she's not living in New York. At least not now since she's being sued by her landlord. And she's really not that much normal either - With a $7,000-a-month rent and another home in L.A. As for the script reading, we'll see how the Law and Order episode turns up on March 3. It's said to be airing after the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics on NBC.
