The Hallmark Channel brings an angelic outlook for the holiday season in a new movie called Christmas Magic on Sunday night. The only new Christmas movie on during Sunday’s prime time schedule, the movie envelopes a Christmas wish to make one family have a better life.
The movies sets up were Carrie Bishop, an event planner in New York City, has a life changing moment after a nasty car accident. Suffering head trauma she regains consciousness in Central Park with Henry, a spirit guide who's assisting her in the final task to get to Heaven. Instructed to help a widowed restaurant owner, Scott Walker, who has recently considered suicide because his business is failing, Carrie only has until Christmas Eve. Befriending the man, his daughter and help with the restaurant, the soon-to-be angel finds it tough to accomplish her mission as she falls in love with the family.
The Hallmark Channel in 2011 features more true holiday-themed programming than any other network. Hallmark Channel is also the official TV partner with Marine Toys for Tots working with the foundation to fulfill their mission that every child deserves a toy during the holidays.
