Having been eliminated from Dancing With the Stars is the least of Shannen Doherty's problems right now. The 90210 alum has fallen behind on her taxes and a lien has been filed against her for a little over $44,000.
A rep for Doherty said that she was unaware of the filing problem and will be taking care of it as soon as she can.
But, some documents that E! News claims to have obtained say that the former 90210 and Charmed star was sued by City National Bank for not paying up on a $90,000 line of credit issued to her in December of '08.
Doherty was supposed to have paid the loan by last June and then City National extended the deadline to September. But, as of January of this year, the account remains delinquent, putting her at a total of $85,000 in the hole.
We hope that Shannen can take care of her financial problems soon. We also think that it was way unfair for her to get booted of DWTS.

The first line of this article is incorrect. Shannen wasn't "disqualified" for dwts.
Bummer with the money deal, but I was sorry to see her voted off.
I LIKE SHANNON ALSO, AND THINK IT WAS UNFARE FOR TO BE DISCQUALIFIED FROM DWTS, SHE WAS DOING WELL AND THERE WAS OTHERS WORSE THAN HER, I WANTED TO SEE HER GO FARTHER IN THE SHOW.
ACTUALLY SHE WASNT DISQUALIFIED SHE WAS VOTED OFF, BUT SHE SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN..
Shannon was just as improved as the majority of the other celebrities except for Buzz Aldrin and Kate Gosslin. The only reason the home voters kept Kate in and voted out Shannon is because of the future drama they expect to see out of Kate like when she made Tony say he was quitting. Shannon used to have a reputation for acting like a diva, but now that she is too nice, the voters don't think she is fun to watch anymore. Nevermind, her talent, looks and sex appeal as opposed to the clutze that Kate is and will remain until she gets kicked off or voted off the show.
