July 6, 2010 -- Mentioning the 'Twilight Saga Eclipse' and the 'True Blood' series by HBO, the 'CBS Early Show' reported this morning that fans may have taken the vampire premise a bit too far when it comes to the latest craze started. Fans are showing true affection of each other by biting and drawing blood.
This could cause a series of health problems, but more importantly it is a fad that is caused by biting another. These bite marks are seen on tweens, teens and even young adults all over visible body parts. Faces, hands, arms and even on the shoulders. The more bite marks the more you are loved.
In Los Angeles, bite marks can be seen on kids who walk down the street and could be mistaken on first glance as a mosquito bite if not all the top and bottom punctures are sees at the same time. In the mall the kids are proud of those marks and show them off to anyone who asks.
Youtube.com also has biting videos from kids who bite others. This just isn't one or two kids who got a crazy idea to bite another, we are talking about hundreds of kids who have decided to follow the vamps and werewolves as a lark by biting and posting them online.
Showing affection has definitely gone to the vampires, but it is also a dangerous sport where a simple kiss could easily suffice. Take a look at the video where the doctor talks about the dangers of this new trend.

We've taken God and prayer out of schools, but this darkness is ok. God help us.
DON'T LINK TWILIGHT MOVIES TO THE STUPID TEEN BITING EACH OTHER BECAUSE THE ONE THAT SHOWS THAT TYPE OF THING IS THE TRAILER TRASH "TRUEBLOOD" THAT IS SO DARK AND WEIRD. TWILIGHT SAGA DOES NOT SHOW THAT TYPE OF THING. TRUEBLOOD IS FULL OF SEX, DARKNESS AND BITING. THAT AND THE VAMPIRE DIARIES DO THE SAME THING. DON'T BLAME THE MOVIES THAT ARE POPULAR AND SHOWING ABSTINENCE.
This is great I love when kids take it too far and the finger pointing starts and true blood is a great show and if your kid is soooo unatached from reality to realize that drawing blood is not good then something went wrong as the kid was growing up
