Seriously, how did Mullet Boy not at least make the finals on "American Idol" season 9?
Jessica Bongiorno — the girl who started the whole petition to bring Alex Lambert back to "Idol" after his premature ousting from the top 16 to the top 12 — has kept up with Alex Lambert updates.
As you probably know, 19 Entertainment did not allow Alex back onto the show but they decided to give him another chance by bringing him on Simon Fuller's new online show, "If I Can Dream."
To quote Jessica's latest update, "The producers over at If I Can Dream released the demo video of Alex's new song, 'I Didn't Know'. Out of every song i've heard him sing, this is hands down my favorite one thus far. It belongs on the radio YESTERDAY... it's just that good. He has a meeting with Sony Publishing later today as well, so I'll hopefully have an update for you after the weekend on that. For now though... I INSIST you check this out below ;)"
So go ahead and check out the video below. You know, I haven't kept up with too much of Idol season 9 after Alex left, but I did watch the final three performers last week. Alex's voice blows them out of the water. It was a huge mistake to let him go.
