This Monday on "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love" there will be no rose ceremony — that's a first in the 14-season history of "The Bachelor."
(Making it the most dramatic non-rose ceremony EVER!)
"Something" happens after the hometown dates, when Jake Pavelka meets the families of Ali Fedotowsky, 25, Williamstown, Mass.; Gia Allemand, 26, New York; Tenley Molzahn, 25, Newberg, Ore.; and Vienna Girardi, 23, Geneva, Fla.
But as fans of RealitySteve's blog have already read — *spoiler alert* — the real reason there is no rose ceremony is because Ali leaves the show to return to her Facebook job in San Francisco.
"Ali went on this show just a few months removed from starting to work at Facebook in San Francisco," RealitySteve (aka Steve Carbone, no relation) wrote. "Apparently she either didn’t inform her work she could be gone longer than originally expected or thought that they’d grant her the time to be gone longer if needed be. Well, they didn’t and she chose to come back to work over having a 1-in-4 chance to be in an eventually failed relationship.”
RealitySteve has already said the final three are Gia, Tenley and Vienna, and — next week — Gia will be the one to go.
Jake reportedly gives the final rose to Vienna over Tenley, which would be in keeping with this statement:
"I think the ending is probably going to puzzle a lot of people," Jake told TVGuide.com. "And I think some others are going to go, 'Ok, yeah. If you look back, you could see this.'"

US Weekly has details on the four ladies still vying for Jake's heart, in its “Bachelor Dirty Secrets” issue.
Apparently Vienna Girardi’s ex-husband and his mother don’t like V any more than Ali and Tenley do.
US Weekly's report alleges that the former Hooters waitress took $5,000 out of her ex-husband Josh Riley’s bank account to pay for breast implants while he was a Marine deployed to Iraq.
“She took every bit of his money,” her former mother-in-law Gale told Us Weekly. “I know that boob job was the first thing she had done.”
There’s more, but Riley said during his 10-month relationship with Vienna, “she slept with one of my buddies I was deployed with … I’m 99 percent sure she cheated on me.”
Added Riley, “Marrying her was a mistake.”
Before you feel too bad for Vienna — if you were tempted to — remember that during her tearful confession of this marriage to Jake, she admitted it was a mistake too.
But, don’t forget, this is all on top of allegations that Vienna had a boyfriend while she was dating Jake on “The Bachelor.”

On to Gia Allemand, 26, a classically trained ballerina who posed for Maxim in 2007 and who apparently regrets her breast implants.
“She never had a boyfriend in high school,” one childhood pal told US.
However, another source said Gia (real first name Gina) was very popular. “Every guy wanted to be with her. She comes off as innocent, but she hooked up with everyone.”
According to the US Weekly story, a later romance with ex-New York Yankees pitcher Carl Pavano ended in 2007 after she allegedly caught him cheating.
She certainly doesn't seem shy or insecure.
She then dated Ottawa Senators star Chris Campoli (“She wanted to settle down with him,” said her friend Amanda Olson) but he broke up with her in 2009.
Olson said Gia regrets her boob job. “She was unhappy with the first surgery, she had to get them redone,” Olson said. “She did ballet for a long time. Now she’s too top-heavy.”
Olson also said Gia had her nose reshaped but her lips are natural.

Tenley Molzahn, 25, posted Bible verses on Facebook after her 15-month marriage to ex-husband Ryan Natividad fell apart in 2009.
“He seemed like a great guy, head over heels, but he wasn’t,” her friend Krista Lenggiere-Ward told US.
Natividad is engaged to wed the fellow cop he allegedly cheated with, and I suppose that’s better than dumping Tenley for a fling.
Then again, if Jake dumps Tenley only to get engaged to Vienna, I think that might be worse than just a fling.
Another big difference between Tenley and Vienna: Tenley’s ex-in-laws like her. “She wrote us a nice Christmas letter last year,” Ryan’s uncle, Gino Natividad said.
Former “Bachelorette” Jen Schefft picked Tenley as the best choice for Jake, followed by Ali Fedotowsky, 25.
****
Speaking of Ali ... not much. Her friend Trisha Patel said Ali “has had several serious relationships.”
She said Ali is a fun-loving girl next door. “When she wore a dress with sneakers at a rose ceremony, that was typical Ali.
Her type is “older guys,” says a source. (Jake is 32.)
But when it comes to Ali raising a glass to the downfall of Vienna, Ali’s high school pal said the Facebook employee who probably leaves this week for work “needs to be open instead of talking behind someone’s back.”

By the way, Jake Pavelka spoke to Life & Style about his “Mr. Dateless” status in high school.
“I was just shy around girls at that age,” Jake said. “I tended to be bullied in the seventh, eighth and ninth grades.”
Single mom Ella Nolan saw that side of him.
“The time that I spent with Jake, I could see that he was probably very shy in high school,” Ella said.
So is that why he’s making up for it by going after someone like Vienna?

This is all so interesting!!! I really hope he doesn't choose Vienna!!
I just started watching this recently, but I can see now why I never have before. The guy sleeps with three girls and then the next day sends one of them home? And she's upset? And that Vienna girl is such a slut. If Jake picks her, he's an even bigger idiot than she is. Ali and Tenly are the only ones that are interesting. But saying he's "in love" with three women? The guy should be shot!
'The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love' Final Gia, Tenley
Vienna is going home thats my answer.
Why does everybody not like Vienna? Aside from hearsay from the others on the show, did she do anything that made everyone hate her? I certainly did not see her gossip on the show, or, talk behind others back. In fact, I saw the opposite. If anybody on the show is the black sheep, it should be Ali and the others that publicly (on camera) made snide remarks behind her back. Does anybody agree with me??
VIENNA, you rock. These people are sick to get online and post ugly things about you when they do not even know you. Jake seems awkward and uncomfortable when he is with the others, but from what I can tell, you bring out the best in him. I hope you realize all of this negativity about you just shows that strangers are idiots and are obviously very insecure about their own relationships to pick on you.
I think jake is dumb for picking vienna! he made the biggest mistake of his life letting tenley go!!!!
