Sexy songstress Rihanna has joined the ranks of singer Cassie Ventura and MTV host La La Vasquez by shaving a portion of her head almost bald.
The "Umbrella" star was spotted arriving at London's Heathrow Airport over the weekend with a new, very close-cropped haircut.

Rihanna isn't new to making trendsetting moves. In fact, the Barbadian beauty is a paparazzi favorite whether she's snapped wearing the latest designer fashions fresh off the runway, or shocking fans with her jet black bob that has transformed over time into a shorter, edgier look (see pictures below).

In related RiRi news, the "Disturbia" singer has sparked rumors she's now dating hip hop producer/rapper Pharrell Williams after he was spotted leaving her London hotel several times over the weekend.
Before we all jump to conclusions, the "Beautiful" beatmaker is actually working with Rihanna on her upcoming album.
Therefore, the colaboration could possibly explain Pharrell's reported late night exits and arrivals to the "Good Girl Gone Bad" star's London hotel, right?
"It's no secret that Rihanna and Pharrell have chemistry. And not just in the studio - they seem mesmerized by each other," a source told Britain's the Daily Mirror.
The insider adds, "But Chris will be gutted to learn he could have lost Rihanna to one of the sexiest men in music. Rihanna and Pharrell talk on the phone all the time and whenever she can get a break in her schedule she'll go and support him at a gig.”
As previously reported, Rihanna split from singer Chris Brown following the well-publicized fight the two had in Los Angeles in February (09). Just last month, Brown admitted to a felony assault charge and accepted a plea bargain in which he will be sentenced 5 years of probation and around 1,400 hours in community service in August (09).
Since the split, the "Take a Bow" singer has been romantically linked to Lil Wayne's protege Aubrey "Drizzy Drake" Graham and Los Angeles Lakers' center Andrew Bynum - to which she claims both celebs are just friends.
