New Moon: Volturi promo pictures revealed

 

With the release of "New Moon" fastly approaching, Summitt Entertainment recently released promotional pictures of the Volturi.

New movie + new moon = new vampires!

According to the Stephenie Meyer's novel, the Volturi live in an ancient Tuscan city called Volterra and consist of leader Aro (Micheal Sheen), twins Jane (Dakota Fanning) and Alec (Cameron Bright), Marcus (Christopher Heyerdahl) and Caius (Jamie Campbell-Bower).

New Moon hits theaters November 20, 2009. 

Michael Sheen as leader of the Volturi, Aro.

Dakota Fanning as Jane. (FYI: The Volturi were waiting to change Jane and her brother Alec until she was older, but humans believing she and her brother were witches tried to burn them at the stake, which forced Aro to act.)

Caius is played by Jamie Campbell Bower.

Alec played by 16-year-old Canadian actor Cameron Bright.

Marcus played by Christopher Heyerdahl.
