To pull a New York Post, the alleged creepy weirdo following Jennifer Garner and her family around has been charged with stalking. Steven Burky was picked up after he was found hanging out at the nursery Garner's daughter Violet attends. Scary and horribly creepy. You have to feel super sorry for celebrities like Garner, who attempts to keep a pretty low profile. This is why famous people like Bjork or Sean Penn get all feral on people who encroach their territory.
Burky was charged with stalking and violating a restraining order barring him from the entire family. He entered a plea of not guilty. In the picture above, you can see this guy has 'creepy freak' written all over him, as does any grown man with weird platinum dyed hair with several inches of greasy roots. At least most totally bizarre humans allow themselves to physically manifest the weirdness as a warning. When I was in college, there was a rapist coming to campus who would shave his hair and eyebrows and sharpie them all back on.
Garner says Burky has been stalking her since 2002 and she fears for the safety of herself and her family. Hopefully they have really good bodyguards. When people start coming for your kids, it's time to reconsider any hesitations you might have about owning a weapon. Oh but take lessons first. Nothing sucks more than buying a gun and then accidentally shooting yourself with it when you mistake it for an inhaler or something.
