HOLY HOGWARTS: Harry Potter star has swine flu

Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley

Holy Hogwarts, "Harry Potter" actor Rupert Grint has contracted the swine flu, according to his publicist.

"It has been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu," said Grint's publicist in a statement.

Luckily for Ron Weasley fans, the 20-year-old British actor is okay. In fact, Grint will be able to join his fellow co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson for the world premiere of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' on Tuesday, July 7.

His publicist added, “He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the junket and premieres this week and will then return to filming directly afterwards.”

Grint, who signed on to play Ronald Weasley nearly a decade ago, was sent home from filming last week after suffering flu-like symptoms. He was later diagnosed with the deadly virus on Thursday, July 2.

Producers reportedly forced Grint to leave the set from fear he could infect his fellow cast members.

Glad you are better, Ron - I mean Rupert!
