Gerard Butler wants you to know that even though he's in the news daily, he has no idea what anyone is saying because he doesn't read his own buzz. He told the Associated Press that "I try and stay away from anything anybody sends me, some clips or articles that tell me what's going on."
As a result, he must be blissfully unaware of the controversy surrounding his Michael Jackson impression this week. Butler stuck his head--and a potted plant wrapped in a towel--out of a window while the paparazzi went nuts below, reminiscent to a certain Blanket-dangling from a few years back. Is it too soon to stop remembering Michael Jackson as the tragic victim of a vast medical conspiracy and to recall him more as baby-dangling weirdo?

glenda shut up. How many times do I need to say this. It is not a matter of it being "too soon" it is a matter of it stopping for good. Aileen enough is ENOUGH. Let the man RIP. I know comedians who have shown more class than that. Also Sabrina Brody this "baby-dangling weirdo" you talk as if he did this stuff on a daily basis and what was weird was the stuff he had to deal with in life.

I saw let the man RIP,also. But i have to admit when i saw this, i laughed my ass off.LOL! What you find to be poor taste, someone else finds humor. Lighten up, and it's no worse than Bill O'reilly calling 'MJ' a weird pedophile two days after his death.

get over it mate. it's funny. life is too important to be taken seriously. So the man died because he OD on some propofol, clearly MJ knew what the hell the side effects of the drug were, so stop defending him...yeah, he was a pop sensation, he is a legend...this doesnt stop this from being funny.. you can't take away stupid moments away from someone and justified them as okay because they are gone... :)
What's tasteless is that now that the 'gravy train' has died, Jackson's father is still fighting to wring every last dollar out of the estate for himself. Even more tasteless: Jackson's family wants to do a "reality show about our lives" to milk every last dollar out of their late brother's fame. What a pack of vultures. That's what's tasteless, and sycophant fans decrying Butler's riff will probably tune in, too. Ugh.

Compared to the jokes and ridicules of MJ on some of the late night talk shows Gerard's skid is almost girly.
Perhaps Mr Butler should try and imitate a talented actor some time instead of insulting legends.
Also stop calling Michael Jackson a child molester. He was proven innocence and actually it is more disturbing that people can not understand that a man can love a child innocently and purely. Why does it have to be sexual? Surely the true perverts are the ones who can not accept that it is possible to love a child in a non sexual way. I pray they never have kids?

Just a joke, no biggie. Comedians on TV have been telling Jackson jokes for years and no one has gotten up in arms. Must be a dull news day.
This was hilarious !!!! He was on the J Ross show with Mcintyre who was talking about his MJ joke,that probably gave him the idea of doing this wrappedpottedplant prank.Whatever, it was great.I am a big fan of both MJ&GB......life is nothing without a sense of humour and GB certainly has a good sense of humour.
I do think he inhales every bit of news about himself....all actors do,they would shrink on the vine without it.Look at the publicity he is drumming up for LAC,never seen anything like it.
