Now THIS is how you publicly respond to an accusation of domestic violence. Charlie Sheen was charged yesterday with felony menacing and two misdemeanors, but his wife, Brooke Mueller, was on hand to support him and give him a comforting hug following the Aspen court date.
The judge let up the restraining order against Sheen because he and Mueller are working things out. Mueller has spend time in rehab for her drinking problem, whereas Sheen says he is throwing himself into rigorous therapy.
Mueller has told her lawyer that she wants the case to go away. The couple have been forced to be incommunicado since the incident, so they're now returning to L.A to work on their issues. That's fine, according to the judge, provided Sheen refrains from 'drinking alcohol, possessing guns or harassing Mueller.' I don't know, sometimes the urge to possess guns is too much for a man to handle!
