Despite JustJared posting pictures of Alex Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth holding hands at a party recently, Skarsgard has told RadarOnline that he is definitely still single.
"I'm not dating anyone, those are just rumors," he told the website. Fist pump!
Skarsgard was answering questions at GQ's Men of The Year party, where he was being recognized as one of the Men Who Saved HBO. Men. Is there anything they can't do besides reproduce?
Best news ever, feminist irritation aside, is that Skarsgard is saying there will be "a lot more nudity" next season on True Blood for his character, Eric Northman. Unfortunately, this means we'll probably have to endure him and Sookie hooking up despite having absolutely no chemistry since it defies logic so hard that someone of as mediocre intelligence as Sookie would be attractive to a guy like Eric that even the author of the books *spoiler alert* had to invent an amnesia story to explain why the two would get together.
Skarsgard adds, "As far as Eric goes, there's going to be a lot of violence and a lot of sex--with women and men! So it should be interesting."
Dude, Skarsgard sitting naked on a stool reading Dr. Suess would have most people riveted.

Dr. Suess never would seem so sexy as when the mental picture of Alex Skarsgard sitting on a stool naked reading The Foot Book or Green Eggs and Ham...now that is a picture I would love to see...lol
