Just a week after Perez Hilton caused major controversy by posting an up skirt photo of Miley Cyrus (who was allegedly not wearing underwear) on his Twitter page, Perez is at it again.
The self-proclaimed Queen of All Media took to his Twitter on Monday to post a revealing photo of Miley at this weekend's MuchMusic Video Awards. She was in costume and performing, but the skimpy costume and the photo angle still making for something fairly revealing.
Miley told Ryan Seacrest in a recent interview that she's focused on the positive, which includes Monday's release of a new album and a House of Blues show that was streamed live via the internet by MTV. For what it's worth, she wore pants this time around.
