Robert Pattinson talks sex scenes with Uma Thurman.
February 08, 2010 -- Robert Pattinson reveals that some sex scenes in his upcoming film 'Bel Ami' are "disturbing." In the anticipated movie Pattinson's character is rumored to have lots of sex, a lot of those intimate scenes will be with co star Uma Thurman. "The sex scenes with Uma are kind of disturbing," says Pattinson.
"Her character Madeleine kind of uses sex as a sort of weapon and my character thinks like an animal. There are a lot of sex scenes in this film, so I'm asking quite a lot of myself, and with lots of different people as well."
ShowBiz Spy reports that the movie is an adaptation of French author Guy de Maupassant's 19th Century novel of the same name. In the novel the ambitious young Georges (Robert Pattinson's character) sleeps his way to the top.

Robert looks great in a simple and cute boy. Sexual scenes don't suit him.
It will be nice to see him grow in his roles. Even though he is only 23, There are just too many people out there that expect way too much from him, I mean to be fair he is relativly new to acting. I hope he doesn't get thrown into roles just because they want the newest hollywood star in their film. I don't mean this to be negative. I just don't want to see him "washed up" at 30. I do think he is a good actor. And taking on "differnent" roles, he reminds me of johnny depp. look where he started, 21 jump street, anyone remember. Just because he is known best for Edward's character, doesn't mean he has to stay in that role.
cant wait to see this movie it sounds like it will be sooooo goooood
I agree with seri above.Overtly sexual aren't needed to be noticed as a new and rising actor.
You know, I hope he stays as "Edward" I don't like twilight and I havent seen a lot of promise in this guy....
