'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice and her husband are being accused of hiding more than $250,000 worth of assets before filing bankruptcy in October of 2009.
According to Us Weekly Magazine, court documents filed on Thursday claim that in addition to an advance Teresa Giudice received for her cookbook 'Skinny Italian,' the couple also boutique called TG Fabulicious, as well as a 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC.
Teresa Giudice ranted about her legal problems in a July blog post. The 'Real Housewife' had this to say about her $11 million debt.
"If you've ever been unfortunate enough to be involved in a legal situation, you know it's a lot of back and forth between both sides. Right now, our bankruptcy trustee is trying to get an auction going, and our lawyer is objecting it," Giudice wrote. "Every day, there are new tactics used, stories circulated, and details 'leaked' to the press, but it's all part of the legal wrangling. All I can do is rise above it, keep my head high, and know that at the end of the day, I have my family, my health, and I'm in God's hands."
Meanwhile, a new group of 'Real Housewives' are getting ready to entertain. 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' is set to debut on Bravo in October. The new cast will consist of Paris Hilton's aunts, as well as Kelsey Grammer's ex wife. Check out information about the entire cast here.

Why of course she did! The court document can be viewed in its entirety on -line - there's no question. Despite all sorts of proof, this character who exemplifies consipicuous consumption just denies everything.
She and her husband have ripped off business associates and are slumlords, all so they can live far beyond their means. And they're ripping the rest of us off - their fiscal irresponsibility means the rest of us pay, in terms of sinking economy, higher interest, higher costs (not paying credit card bills they've racked up)...
Where do they find these so called "writers"? Good grief people, if you can't write, please don't torture us with your grammatical errors and regurgitation of words. This has been reported numerous times.This is nothing new Amanda Scheffler . You should brush up on your cut and paste skills and keep your nonsensical "reporting" to the elementary level of edu. Personally, it's not anyone's business what is going on with her and her families financial situation. Either you are a fan or not. I am a fan of Teresa! I think she is hilarious and she loves her family and friends and is very loyal to them... As for the rest..if you have spent that much then you at one time had to have been qualified for such amounts of money... so if they have been extended credit all this time then they had to have had some proof they had the income to repay it... those who point fingers...it can happen to you too... don't be so quick to judge!
I wonder why exactly you feel it's not our business when it is OUR economy that suffers for this sort of thing, and it is OUR justice system that T tried to defraud by hiding assets. Are you aware that there are many blue collar construction workers that helped to build her marble mc mansion that aren't getting paid while T hides assets like a freakin Maserati??? The yellow diamond that magically turned into a "yellow sapphire" after the bankruptcy filing? Martha Stewart went to PRISON for less. Lastly, NO - it can't happen to me, you know why? Because I pay my bills and I do not live beyond my means. They blame business failing, well if you don't get paid you don't go out and buy an ATV for your 9 year old. Pretty simple. Living within your means, means you spend what you have, not you "spend what you might have". Teresa fans make me almost as sick as she does.
