Jon Gosselin has been fired from his reality show 'Jon and Kate plus eight.' TLC has now renamed the show 'Kate plus eight.' starting on November 2nd.
A source told People Magazine "Given Jon's recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on."
"Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family. The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers." TLC president Eileen O'Neill said in a released statement.
With rating plummeting and the bad media attention Jon has been bringing to the show, TLC execs are hopeful that people will focus on the family aspect of the show again and not just the battling soon to be ex's.

I'm mad that there will now not be a kate plus 8. I really do enjoy that show and as long as the kids enjoy it I don't see why he would want to take that away from them. He's doing all of this just to spite Kate. He's a horrible father
