What is clearly known is that Tiger Woods was involved in a minor car accident early Friday morning. What is unclear is what the Woods family is hiding. Police want to put an end to the speculation and move on with their investigation by obtaining a search warrant.
Typically, when a minor car crash occurs, the police obtain the persons insurance and side of story, then a police report is formed and they move on. In this case, according to people.com, “Wood’s attorney provided the troopers with Woods’ driver’s license information, registration and current proof of insurance as required by Florida law.” However, the crash investigation is ongoing and charges are pending due to the two different stories presented by Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren.
When the wreck began to make the headlines, Nordegren was made out to be the hero. At first, she told police that after hearing the accident she ran back inside to retrieve a golf club, which she used to break the back window and free Woods from the car.
Now it is being reported that Nordegren told the Florida Highway Patrol that she went looking for Woods in a golf cart, came upon the accident and then used a golf club to break the window to gain entry. Why two completely different stories if she has nothing to hide? Also, why have Woods and his wife refused to speak to the police on two different occasions?
To add to the speculation, on Monday Woods cancelled his appearance at this Thursday's Cevron World Challenge golf tournament.
One reason that has been reported for Woods isolation is to hide the scratches that are on his face. If the scratches are from the car crash there should have been blood on the steering wheel, which there was not. The speculation swirling is that the scratches are a result from a heated fight between Woods and his wife, which supposedly occurred right before the crash. If the FHP determine that Nordegren attacked Woods then could be arrested for domestic violence. Woods could be charged himself with a DUI. While it is definite that he was not drinking, he reported to be going in and out of consciousness due to pain killers, which is evidence of a DUI according to TMZ.

I understand that you are just trying to spice it up, but Minor Accident and Wreck are not even in the same ballpark.

What kind of Crap is going on? FHP?...what is it in this situation that an investigation is necessary? Was it the car wreck or Tiger Woods haveing blood on him? Whats wrong FHP wont have anyone to bust?or are you just that genuinely worried? I dont think so ...the man told you...it was his fault? ...are there any citizens in danger? oh thats right ...little kids come up missing in Florida? Well? I guess we better Look! Tiger Woods has a busted lip...OH GOD! Investigate!
Listen man the media is just doing its job & so are the cops. Everybody knows that there is more 2 this then what Tiger said. His wife caught him cheating probably & whipped his @$$.
