Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole's picture is being used without her consent on business cards advertising a Las Vegas escort service. The photo used on the card shows Nicole from her Playboy photo shoot and gives her name as Tanya. Her famous "respect" tattoo is even visible in the picture.
Jayde Nicole is taking legal action against the escort service. TMZ is reporting that 'lawyers have already "dispatched a cease and desist letter" on behalf of both Jayde and Playboy. '
Jayde Nicole was Playboy's Playmate of the Year in 2008. She recently ended a relationship with Brody Jenner with whom she appeared on MTV's The Hills. Nicole has recovered from the break-up quite well. She became engaged to Arthur Kade on Valentine's Day 2010.
Jayde Nicole isn't the only former Playboy model to appear on these escort cards without authorization. In 2007, the image of Anna Nicole Smith appeared as an escort named Mandy on a similar card.
