Jenna Jameson, former porn star, used Twitter to announce the loss of three babies she was carrying. The 35-year-old had surgery earlier this week to remove two ectopic pregnancies from her fallopian tubes. She also had a third fetus in her uterus.
Jenna Jameson's Twitter message: "Had surgery today for a double ectopic pregnancy [also] had a pregnancy in my uterus. This is so insane. I just wanted to get this off my chest."
Jenna Jameson and her partner Tito Ortiz have twin sons whose first birthday fell on the same day Jameson had the surgery to remove the three fetuses, March 16, 2010. The twins' names are Jesse Jameson and Journey Jett.
Jenna Jameson has been married twice before her relationship with Tito Ortiz. Ortiz is an MMA (mixed martial artist). He is also a former UFC champion. Tito Ortiz appeared alongside Jenna Jameson in her 2008 movie Zombie Strippers. Zombie Strippers also starred the original Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street, Robert Englund.
She was also romantically linked to celebrities Dave Navarro, Marilyn Manson, and Tommy Lee. She has also had a miscarriage during a previous relationship with her second husband.
The Boston Globe reported on the day Jenna Jameson announced, via her blog, that she was pregnant with twins: "Current mood: ecstatic. I can officially confirm that Tito and I are expecting twins! I had my second ultrasound scan and was greeted by two big healthy babies with pounding hearts. The time is right and god has blessed me. I have never felt more like a woman, or more alive."
