Brittany Murphy's autopsy results reveal that her body was "normal"

The autopsy of Brittany Murphy has been completed, but the cause of death has not yet been determined.  In spite of recent rumors that Brittany Murphy was painfully thin, the autopsy results show that her body was "normal."

There were no signs of trauma, and no signs of foul play, discovered during the autopsy of Brittany Murphy according to TMZ: Brittany Murphy Autopsy Completed.  The L.A. County Coroner performed an autopsy in an attempt to determine the cause of death after her unexpected passing on Sunday morning.

Although the L.A. County Coroner has already completed the autopsy of 32-year-old actress Brittany Murphy, they will not be able to release the cause of death for 4-6 weeks.  She was pronounced dead on arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday, December 20, 2009.

That's because the coroner's office is waiting for additional reports- toxicology report, histopathology, and neuropathology before they make their determination.

The autopsy was perfomed in spite of husband Simon Monjack's preference not to have one done.
