Tributes don’t get grander than “One Night of Queen”, who will be giving a killer performance at the Alberta Bair Thursday in Billing.
Gary Mullen, who won the British reality talent show “Stars in their Eyes”, brings the Queen experience to Americawith his band “The Works”. In an interview with “The Sun”, lead guitarist of Queen Brian May stated "Gary bears a remarkable likeness to Freddie, not only in emulating Freddie’s unique stage persona but also accurately reproducing Freddie’s live vocal style and range."
The concert lets you experience what it was like to be at a Queen show in the 80’s. From the lighting to the songs such as “Fat Bottom Girls”, “Radio GaGa”, and many other hits, you will get the full Queen experience. If you were a child of spandex and big hair; or just a fan of the music, “One Night of Queen” will be a rocking good time.
Tickets are $36 or $18 for students, and can be bought at the Alberta Bair Theater and online at the Alberta Bair website.
