The Georgia Bureau of Investigation continues to investigate allegations of sexual assault relating to Ben Roethlisberger and a 20-year-old Georgia College & State University student. The assault allegedly occurred at a night club in Milledgeville, Georgia.
It has been reported by TMZ that Ben Roethlisberger's accuser may have dropped out of school. It is also stated that the accuser's sorority sisters have been ordered to take down each of their Facebook and Twitter accounts and refrain from wearing any clothing with the sorority letters until further notice. TMZ states they have tried and failed to contact the sorority for official confirmation.
As for any charges, GBI Special Agent-in-Charge of its Milledgeville office, Tom Davis, said, "It's too early to speculate if there will be charges." Milledgeville police say Roethlisberger's lawyers are cooperating, but they don't expect to interview him again for the next few days.
Roethlisberger's agent says he's "skeptical" of the complaint but Roethlisberger is cooperating with authorities. Agent Ryan Tollner released this statement Friday night:
"Last night, Ben and his friends met a group of women and everyone mingled together throughout the evening. We have spoken to law enforcement. Based on information currently available, an allegation was made against Ben, which appeared to be dismissed after a preliminary investigation last night. Obviously, given the prior accusation against Ben, we are skeptical of motive, but we will continue to cooperate with everyone involved."
Roethlisberger is facing a lawsuit stemming from a woman who says he raped her in 2008 at a Lake Tahoe casino, an allegation that the NFL quarterback strongly denies. Roethlisberger was not charged in the 2008 case, and has claimed counter-damages in that suit

Big Ben has a bad case of "stupid-itis"
The guy should have never been in this situation in the first place. Come on man, sex in a restroom with a 20 year old. This guy has a problem. Now lets say the woman was agreeable to this, well, he should have known better, Ben has a problem. He should have never been in that situation in the first place. Obviously he went into the rest room, (where he should have never been) with the intention of having sex. Poor judgement or a sex maniac ? Me thinks there is a big problem with BEN
If Ben is found guilty he will be in big Do Do
