Its been confirmed that Katy Perry is among many that will perform at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.

Perry will perform her new single “California Gurls” live at the awards, on June 6th .

The network announced a number of additions to the live telecast.

Among the newly confirmed presenters are Paul Rudd, Jason Segal, Anna Kendrick, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Aubrey Plaza.

The ceremony will also feature the five leads of the new movie “Grown Ups“ Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider, and David Spade.

According to the network the top movies leading the way with six nominations is The Hangover. New Moon and Avatar trail behind with five a-piece.

Comedian Aziz Ansari will host the awards ceremony.
