"Twilight" sequel "New Moon" won't hit the big screen until November 20, but those on the edge of their seats to see hot, Taylor Lautner got a sneak peek today via The LA Times.
The Times' online site, Hollywood Backlot, features the stunning photos taken by photographer David Strick - who appeared on-set to capture the photos.
Those wanting even more of Taylor Lautner after "Twilight" are getting just that.
For Lautner, the role of shape-shifter Jacob Black means packing on 30 pounds of muscle and converting his werewolf six-pack to an eight.
The 17-year-old actor and former martial arts hobbyist has undergone fight training and intense gym workouts to keep to the script for the new sequel.
The Twilight Saga's "New Moon" is set to hit theatres in two months and promises to be loaded with even more action and special effects.
One thing that won't be digitally assisted is Lautner's packed muscle gain.
"The actual getting into the gym and working out process was easier," Lautner said. "But the eating was harder."
To put on the needed weight for the movie, Lautner had to bump his body fat from 7.5% which meant eating consistenly and constantly.
"At one point, my trainer said, 'Put anything in your mouth. Go to McDonald’s, get the biggest shake possible. I just need to get calories in you."
In addition to the shirtless and ripped Taylor Lautner, the Times' photos also featured fellow "New Moon" hotties Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart.
