Skinny Water: How Fergie got her 'lovely, lady humps' for Victoria's Secret performance

Fergie's standout performance at the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Thursday was as amazing as the gams that carried her across the stage.

Fergie wow'd the crowd with her stunner, green gown drawing the fans in and their focus on her sexy, svelte self.

“I’ve been busting my ass, training," Fergie said in a Fall issue of Marie Claire magazine. "Being around the guys, they’re like a fraternity—I know what they look at. I don’t want to have a song like ‘My Humps’ and it be sagging down, so I pay attention to that area. A lot.”

Fergie had put on 17 pounds of weight for her role in Rob Marshall's movie Nine, to be released December 25, 2009. In the flick, Fergie plays (and sings) a buxom prostitute named "Saraghina". 

But once the curtains had closed, Fergie knew she had to work hard to get back her rockin' figure - What Marie Claire magazine calls a "5-foot-4, cardio-sculpted size 2".

In addition to working out hard, Fergie reportedly leans on her fans and on crave-deterring "Skinny Water". "She downed bottles of their raspberry pomegranate-flavored Crave Control, that has appetite suppressant SuperCitrimax," says a Marie Claire blogger. "I’m more a fan of their peach-mandarin-mango flavor myself. But any of the flavors come in handy now that I’ve been training for the half-marathon, as they help keep my energy up."

And her weight down. Looking nothing less than amazing, Fergie worked her way to the Victoria's Secret after-party on the red carpet with a matching red dress. The singer strutted her stuff post-show, showing off body end-caps to make any boy (or girl) drool.
