Miley Cyrus confirmed for 'Sex and the City 2', keeps fit with celeb trainer Harley Pasternak

Hollywood's Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, has been confirmed by media police Gossip Cop for a role piece in the upcoming flick, "Sex and the City 2". 

In the current script bringing back the famous New York City foursome of Samantha, Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte, Miley's lines have been made official by the media police- For now. 

"In the current script," Gossip Cop writes. "Cyrus has one scene, and in it she wears the same dress to a red carpet event that Kim Cattrall’s character [Samantha] buys to look 'hot and young'," writes Gossip Cop. 

According to the reports, the 16-year-old star appears not as herself, Miley, but as her on-screen / on-stage ego, Hannah Montana. 

While Cyrus is said not to have speaking lines the movie break was said to have been kept minimal due to Miley's crazy tour schedule.

The star commenced her "2009 North American Tour" on September 14, 2009 taking off in Portland, Oregon. 

The star will span the North American turf eventually taking her music across the pond to the United Kingdom in 2010. 

The tour features the band Metro Station as a special guest and has Miley even busier through the rest of next year. 

Disney acquired the film rights toAprilynne Pike's novel Wings and reports say Miley will take the lead. 

But that doesn't mean the star will let her physical finesse wane to nothing. The young teen takes typical trips to the milkshake store but also balances out the fun with the fitness smart.

 Cyrus, who will be 17 on November 23, enjoys jogging, has often been photographed on two wheels cycling and is a regular Pilates go'er. As for the whole pole-dancing epidsode? That was just an on-stage ploy. 

Cyrus finds real fitness routines with the help of PT and celeb trainer Harley Pasternak. As the author and inventor of his most famous get-fit regime, The Five Factor Diet, Harley has facilitated the hot bodies of other stars,, Halle Berry and Jessica Simpson (shown above).

 The 35-year-old, Canadian born trainer holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto, an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and American College of Sports Medicine and the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (Wikipedia). 

To show he knows what he's talking about, Pasternak developed the Five Factor Diet to keep stars like Miley in tip-top shape.

 The famed diet follows a plan of "eating five meals a day, each of which must include five components (lean protein, carbohydrates low to moderate on the glycemic index, 5-10 grams of fiber, healthy fats and a sugar free beverage". According to the site, The Five Factor Workout keeps things easy to maintain with a minimum of only 25 minutes of five-minute cycles, five times a week.

 The trainer is known for his habit of not making client weigh in or taking measurements. In 2007, Pasternak told People magazine his top fitness tip for his celeb clients. 

"Don't beat yourself up about not doing long workouts. Do things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking your car further from the entrance. When it snows, get out and shovel." (Wikipedia)
