Laura Posada is a former fitness model, attorney, CEO and personal trainer. In addition to this, she's also President of the New York Yankees Wives Cluband the wife of all-star catcher Jorge Posada.

Laura, who recently launched her Fit Home Team program book with her hubby and two boys Jorge, Luis and daughter Paulina as inspiration.

"I want to expand the Fit Home Team brand, add in more books, a clothing line, maybe even a supplement line."

The Fit Home Team program helps families get fit together and inspires fitness for all generations.

Posada, who's been featured in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition (shown above), believes she's achieved her ultimate dream - Incorporating all the things she loves into what she does.

"I believe that I find a way to enjoy all the passions in my life at the same time. Food, health and spending fun time in my life are priceless and in my book everyone can learn how to do the same."
