Actress Dianna Agron may be the head cheerleader on hit TV series Glee, but in real life the 23-year-old actress had to learn to deal with rejection - And being a dancer helped!

"Having a dance background, I became used to rejection at an early age," she said in the January/February issue of Women's Health.

"Dance is very competitive, especially for a sensitive person like me. But I realized it's better not to take it so seriously," she says. Adding, "If you beat yourself up, it's hard to keep going."

Dianna's on-screen alter ego "Quinn Fabray" may be worried about what's to come, but Dianna says her key to success is staying present in the moment.

"My goal has always been not to look forward to the next thing, but to relish and celebrate the successes I have at the moment...I never discredit anything.
