Singer and fashion model Ciara Harris rocked seriously toned gams at the ASICS Celebration forLeona Lewis’ Album Echo in LA this week.

Wearing a dress that couldn't be any shorter, Ciara rocked the red carpet when she showed off her best accessory yet - Sleek, toned hams and gams!

The 24-year-old R&B diva uses a "game-face-on" mentality when it comes to her fitness routines. In an interview with Women's Health magazine, Ciara said,  "When I was younger, I would play around. I would work out and then eat a burrito afterward."

Adding, "Now I take it seriously--no salt, low salt. It's strict, but when I follow those rules, I see results."

The school girl that used to have self-asserted "chicken legs" says now she focuses on cardio, diet and resistance training to help her build and keep her sexy shape. In addition to working out with trainer Sean Moon, Ciara says she gets a double workout when she's training for her shows.

"I want to get into different things like tap and ballet," she tells WH. "You don't have to be a pro to reap the fat-burning rewards of shaking your booty. "Dancing--however you do it, even if it's in your living room--is a great workout."
