Actress Brittany Murphy showed up at the Across the Hall movie premiere, decked out wearing a slim black frock that hung to her skin and bones frame.

The actress' pics are being compared to what she looked like before, making the 32-year-old star appear emaciated.

In the past, Murphy has explained to fans and the media she's the same girl she was in Clueless.

"I'm the same size I was in Clueless," she said in a past interview blasting eating disorder rumors. "It's just that the weight in your face changes as you grow and get older. I used to feel embarrassed about being too tiny." She adds, "I had a publicist at the time who told me that I should cover my arms up in photos. She felt that if I did that, they would stop picking on me."

"It made me really self-conscious," Brittany said about her skinny frame. "Then I came to terms with it. This is my body; I'm proud of it, so who cares? Now I've stopped trying to eat 12 eggs for breakfast. I'm healthy which is the most important thing."

She's lying. I have heard the same kind of statements from anorexics everywhere.
