
Celebrity personal trainer Bob Harper, 44, is starting a new vegan diet.

The Biggest Loser personal trainer Bob Harper is kicking off a 21-day vegan diet. Endorsed by fellow celeb Alicia Silverstone, the diet is sponsored by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and is available to those looking to make a vegan change in their diet.
Harper tweeted of his new diet plans, as reported by Ecorazzi.com and encouraged his Twitter followers to engage in the same. On Tuesday, Harper wrote: "Want to try a vegan diet? Sign up for the PCRM 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. Free recipes, tips, & more! http://21DayKickstart.org."

Other celebrities not quite willing to take the full plunge are being encouraged by Hollywood buddies to go "Meatless on Mondays". American Idol judge Simon Cowell was inspired by singer Leona Lewis to try the start of his week without meat while Kate Moss went for "Meatless Mondays" to appeal to friend Stella McCartney.
While Harper, and co-Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels have openly displayed their support of PETA, Harper's 21-day vegan diet will test his love. Past PETA celebrity-endorsed ads include Playboy model Joanna Krupa, Amanda Beard, Dancing with the Stars dancer Karina Smirnoff and Pamela Anderson,
