Everyone has seen the sexy billboards of Eva Mendes modelling Calvin Klein lingerie of late, but the actress was showing off her assets for a different designer on the red carpet at the weekend.  

The  Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans star looked fabulous displaying a strapless black frock with gold embellishments, from Monique Lhuillier's SS 2010 collection, when she presented an award at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute. 

Kate Hudson looked equally elegant, sporting a little black halter dress by Jean Paul Gaultier, teamed with animal print platforms.  

British pop sensation Leona Lewis was 'Happy' to rock Vivienne Westwood as she performed her hit song from her second album Echo. 

And American Music Award winner Carrie Underwood opted for a dazzling belted blue Randi Rahm floor-length number.

Each of the top 10 CNN Heroes of 2009 received $25,000 as part of their awards.
