Terri Noppen is the founder of KittyChaos.com, the apparel line designed to promote animal rescue. She has been involved with animals her whole life and is a strong supporter of animal rescue and adoption. She has four rescue cats of her own and has a constant rotating guest list of foster cats that reside in her home.
