A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible sealing for sealing the mouths of two Chihuahuas with electrical tape and dumping them in a Riverside canal earlier today in a crime animal service workers described as having been done with “just complete malice.”
The male dog was dead but the female survived and is being examined by veterinarians. A $500 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
